August 18th, 2026

Greetings my friends ... I suppose there's no reason to mention gaps between logs anymore, I think that's just a new normal. I've gotten old and tired since February 2024 ... 3rd year anniversary since my first log is coming up, not really anytime soon but it'll be here before I know it. I actually have more free time now than when I first started, since I'm not in school anymore. But, it feels like I have so much free time I don't particularly know what to do with it. My motivation to start things is kind of poop also, even if I want to start it. I have to be in moods. My mood recently is to create things ... and maybe it's cause I keep consuming weird art recently, and that is why I am writing this dear log. I really quite love weird art, ever since I was like 12 and stopped being scared of things I couldn't comprehend that well. (When I was a kid, I nearly cried while hiding under a chair with a blanket over it because of cows & cows & cows by cyriak. I have a theme of taking interest in the things I am or was very afraid of. That's a reason I like Noelle Holiday so much.) But, usually my interest in it is quite passive up until I get in creative moods, then it's almost all I think about. Or, maybe an increased interest in weird art is random, and then that causes the creative moods. Haha!

I've been working on a linear visual novel (kinetic novel?) about a conspiracy theorist named Hugo walking through a living house. I'll put it on my site when it's finished, it would mean a lot to me if anyone reading this checked it out. Here's a low quality demo video.

I'm meaning for it to be finished sometime in September or October, maybe November, but I'm not particularly sure ... I went on a detour for a different project I started working on awhile ago about two women named Lucy and Liviu who work in a hospital. I designed some characters for it recently and gave them their basic personality concepts. I got lost in the woods ... That project won't see the light of day for awhile probably, but I have Papa's Pizzeria and No I'm Not a Human in mind for it, if that makes any sense haha! It's just in a sweet planning and designing phase at the moment. I think the most difficult part about making games/visual novels is the sound design, I'm not particularly used to it. I've played the piano/keyboard off and on since I was maybe 10, but I don't actually technically know anything about it. I just like to copy music from video games or artists I listen to, and I rely pretty heavily on YouTube tutorials and my ears and muscle memory, and that's why I often play songs far too fast lol.

I tried to learn sheet music and music theory so many times, but I really couldn't comprehend it that well and just wanted to go back to having fun. Horrible for any kind of improvement, but that is kind of my goal in anything I make ... to have fun. I think my only target audience is myself, but maybe that's not a good combo for making anything worthwhile. I try though XD ! I do try to think about the reasons I liked something and incorporate that in the things I make, but who's to say my taste is any good? That's kind of subjective, so it just loops back around to my target audience being myself. I spent a really long time being really obsessed with if my art was perfect or any good, and it just made me not want to create, and I think that sucks. But, maybe swinging all the way to the other side is bad too, especially for getting any better at it. Maybe I don't particularly care if I get better at it ... perhaps I should though.

As we last left off in June, Deltarune Chapter 5 came out some months ago. I haven't gotten the chance to replay it all the way through quite yet, so dear Pink remains a semi-mystery to myself at the moment. She will be dealt with in due time. Sometimes I feel bad about how slow I am nowadays when it comes to starting and completing games, but I think this just might be me by default and something was wrong with me in 2024. I keep looking at the games I beat that year and I genuinely don't know how I had all that time and energy... I beat nearly the entire Persona series in 5 months all while I was doing school and sports. I beat the Last of Us in 2 days while I had bronchitis. What was up with me? How'd I stay awake ever? I still need to get back to Eternal Punishment, but at this point I'll probably have to start over, it's been so long XD ... I go on a really long flight sometime soon, so maybe that'll be how I spend it.

Deltarune Chapter 5 was genuinely a really good chapter, but also a bit unexpected at the same time? The bingo Killian and I grouped up to make was almost laughably wrong, and I think the common perception of what Chapter 5 was going to be ended up being the complete opposite of what it was. You can see an example of this from the end of the last log, I really thought Chapter 5 was going to drop some crazy bombshells, but it truly just kind of didn't haha! I really loved playing through this chapter, especially with my friends, it created some funny memories that I still chuckle at. The characters and mechanics in this chapter were definitely the highlights, it's very difficult to get me to not like a character that's a loving, over the top parody or subversion of anime tropes. This has been common in my life since age 13 and Senpai from FNF. Maybe earlier with Monika from DDLC, honestly. Perhaps she sowed the seeds.

I do feel like there was a tonal shift in Chapter 4 that wasn't followed up on in Chapter 5 though, which is the reason I kind of don't really blame anyone who dislikes or is disappointed by this chapter. There's reasons for the tonal shift back to light-hearted, the whole point of this Dark World was to be a distraction for Susie that Kris created, but the entirety of how Chapter 3 bridges into Chapter 4 expressed that the rest of the game will now be just as serious and lore-heavy as Chapter 4 was. The main battle theme for Chapter 4 is quite literally called "From Now On," I don't particularly blame anyone who thought Chapter 5 would be serious! I'm not exactly complaining, I did really like this chapter and Flowery feels like a character made for me, but I do feel like it breaks continuity a bit and almost slightly weakens the impact Chapter 3 and 4 had for me. I do think it's a weaker chapter, but not at all bad or unenjoyable. Though, I haven't played Chapter 4 into Chapter 5, so maybe the shift back to light-hearted is smoother (or more jarring) than I'm remembering ... Toby Fox did tell us in a recent newsletter to not worry about the pacing, and I do trust his writing, so I'm not particularly scared to see how it unfolds. Chapter 6 and 7 were also stated to be shorter, and quite full of bombshells, so I'm truly curious to see how it's going to work out.

Let's get more into some theories and details and thoughts I've seen around and thought about while playing Chapter 5: In the beginning of the chapter, Kris is noticably almost "rotten" without their soul, and it does make me think back on that theory about how Kris might've died before we took control of them. I saw someone suggest it's them turning grayer as well, like a goner or a vessel. In this chapter, we do have a bit of confirmation that Kris does indeed have a crush on Susie, and it all feels rather tragic. I feel like Noelle seriously entering the Dark Worlds being revealed at the same time as Kris also likely having feelings for Susie, might be a set up for some type of rift or argument between the three, something similar to Ralsei and Susie in Chapter 4. They all care about eachother deeply, that's evident, but I feel like Kris might feel pushed to the side by someone they finally felt seen by, maybe for the first time since Dess disappeared. I feel like they may percieve Noelle as "the reason" that happened, and it just lumps even more onto the complicated feelings they already have for her. Noelle and Kris feel simultaneously like people who know each other more than anyone else in the world, and strangers. I feel like Noelle suddenly jumping back into their life in a meaningful way, and almost "stealing" Susie from them, could lead to some type of fall out in the upcoming chapters. It sounds a bit stupid, but I feel like we kind of forget that, at the end of the day, these characters are just a bunch of teenagers with teenager problems who will act out in teenager ways lol. Kris really obviously cares for Noelle though, so I'm not suggesting they'd do anything more than maybe be petty or avoidant.

I will cope and say krusielle will be real, but I honestly kind of doubt it! I remember seeing someone say the reason Noelle wasn't in this chapter was because she'd ruin all the vague posting of Aqua and Seth being younger versions of Kris and Asriel. I thought that was rather funny, and also pretty interesting to think about the parallels between the flowers and some of their likely real-world counterparts in Asgore's life. I remember, immediately after the chapter released I was quite shocked that people seemed to kind of hate Flowery. I think some of it was everyone was fresh off the difficulty of his boss fight, so people were kind of still hating, but I'm glad to report I haven't seen Flowery hate since June. Many more Jarona lovers out there, thank the heavens! I really do enjoy all his voice lines, both in English and Japanese. There's a video of me screaming and going "I'M SO HAPPY" over and over again the moment he appears on screen, cause as I stated I've always been fond of outrageous anime parodies. I saw a lot of Japanese fans say his voice lines in Japanese remind them of Gakuen Handsome. I thought that was funny.

I hope Goodsmile makes an anime figure of him. I also quite like that Flowery's intro is in the same aspect ratio and quality of anime cutscenes in older JRPGS, that's why it didn't immediately register to me how weird it was to have a sudden anime cutscene until I realized what game I was playing about a second later. There's also a recording of my reaction to it, and I think I have a noticably delayed, yet intense, expression of confusion LOL. I wonder if how intense I react to things is expressed at all through my writing. I don't know. Do I seem like an intensely expressive guy...? Probably, because I am. Some last things before I get into something else about Chapter 5: There's new shop dialogue for Pink that is only there if you beat her fight, get the egg, and find the friend secret. She mentions Kris has a cat bite on their hand, and I really wonder what it all means and what in the world happened before we took control. I also have a feeling the next Dark World might take place in the hospital, and could be something Noelle might create herself? The hospital seems like the last "important" location except for the shelter, and the set up of Rudy falling down could be a hint towards it. It's also not exactly clear what "fell down" means in the context of Deltarune. Did Rudy literally fall off the ladder, or fell down in the sense of what it means in Undertale?

Something else about Chapter 5 ... it feels like I'm missing something rather large! Haha! *sudden silence* ......... In the Weird Route, Noelle and Kris drown in the lake and the entirety of Chapter 5 and 6 are skipped, and "7B" now seems to be where the Weird Route will pick up. On the bingo card I made with Killian, one of the squares was "The Weird Route will be the most disturbing yet," which I feel like is rather subjective, but maybe not. It got marked off anyways. I have a lot of thoughts about it, and I think one theory I quite liked the idea of was that Noelle and Kris are now "out of bounds," or in some type of depths or Dark World. I really enjoy games that mess with you or break the fourth wall, a la Oneshot or Doki Doki Literature Club, so I do genuinely imagine 7B somewhat taking place outside of the game window. I do also wonder if we'll get to see the reactions others have to Noelle and Kris disappearing, particularly Susie's. She was the last to see them both, I really imagine that'd weigh heavy on her. I hope we do and it's not just locked to Kris and Noelle's perspective from now on, but I also can't imagine it not being. As in, how would that exactly work or look? There's been times where we saw what Susie was doing and Kris was just kind of left to stand there and talk to Ralsei without us knowing what was said, so I wonder if some type of parallel to that would be how we'd get to see Hometown's reactions. Maybe that's a bit morbid of me to hope to see that ^^''

There's a lot of parallels that the lake scenes have that really make me wonder about "Love finds its way to the girl." All the associations that the Dark Worlds have with water, and the song Onion San (rip) kept mentioning was coming from the bottom of the lake are things I keep thinking about as well. I really wonder what's going on with Dess, if that song and lake has something to do with her, or something else entirely. One theory about the knight that I saw floating around that I really disliked was the Kriselle knight theory. I really think it'd alienate casual players, or just anyone who has no idea about the Weird Route. The Weird Route feels far too easy to abort and not even discover at all for Kriselle knight to make sense to me. It feels kind of strange and fanfiction-y that some weird fusion of a previous Kris and Noelle from a different timeline would end up being the knight. It just wouldn't make sense and would completely come out of left field to someone who didn't know what the Weird Route was or never played it at all, which I imagine is most people casually playing Deltarune.

All the evidence I saw for the theory was honestly a bit surface level, or just applied to Dess knight too. It's a cool concept, but I think would be kind of bad writing and design. I don't particularly like Carol or Rudy knight either, because you kind of immediately understand their motives behind being the knight. They want to find Dess, and they'll do anything to get to her, even if it brings about the end of the world. I think the idea of Dess knight brings a lot of questions about both her currently and who she was in the past, what happened, how'd she end up this way, why is she doing any of this at all? It's just the most interesting answer to me. I like the idea that the knight is only remnants of her physical body, and her consciousness or soul are separate and trapped in the code, or maybe at the bottom of the lake.

About Kris and Noelle in the Weird Route, I saw a lot of people kind of demonizing the both of them. Kris moreso in earlier chapters, but Noelle now that the lake scene made its rounds. I kept seeing people say the scene at the lake proves Noelle enjoys the Weird Route, and she wanted what happened to her to happen, that she's some type of monster deep down and the Weird Route just finally brings it out. I think that interpretation is kind of in bad faith of Noelle's character and just how mental illness and traumatic events can make people act. I honestly think it's true she enjoys some parts of the Weird Route, but not from a place of wanting to hurt anyone. She enjoys strength and control, she wants to gain those things because she spent so long feeling like she was without it, that she was weak and powerless in stopping anything that was happening around her. By this point in the Weird Route, she is so broken down and deluded into thinking that this is the only way for her to gain those things, that she's too weak on her own. She's rationalized those actions out of the guilt she feels and twisted it into something good for her, good for Kris.

It's cruel for her to drag Kris into what was definitely meant to be suicide, but I don't think Noelle is some evil monster. Both Kris and Noelle are suicidal, mentally ill teenagers put in the most eldritch horror situation known to man and completely torn apart and manipulated into cruelty. Their actions aren't right at all, but I don't think it's honestly particularly either of their faults to an extent. Noelle really obviously does not want to hurt her friends, replay Chapter 2 and 4 and you'll see that, so I think taking the way she acts in Chapter 5 as some "proof" of some secret evil nature she always harbors is kind of just ignoring the nuance of her character and the context of the situation she was put in. This honestly goes for Kris as well. ERAM's dialogue about Kris enjoying some part of the Weird Route, alongside implications that they used to have violent tendencies as a child, is often ran with to prove Kris is "not as innocent as they seem."

Despite the interpretation that I think ERAM might be more representative of intrusive thoughts rather than actual feelings, Kris, again, really obviously does not want to hurt their friends. They actively violently fight against us in the Weird Route, they rip their soul out to help Noelle and Berdly, and we know being soulless seems to put them through a great deal of pain. They make it quite clear nothing of what is happening is something they want to go through with. If they genuinely enjoyed anything about the Weird Route, it's likely in the same sense of gaining some type of strength they felt they hadn't had before. Brains are complex creatures, they aren't black and white things, and we know Noelle and Kris aren't particularly in tip top shape in the mental health department haha. I just think it's really black and white to interpret their characters as "SECRETLY LE EVIL MONSTERS.EXE HOW COULD CHARA DO THIS" because of one scene or chunk of dialogue instead of taking in the full picture of who they are, what's happening, and how they've been acting.

Noelle and Kris are two of my most favorite characters from anything ever, so it makes me kind of sad to see bad faith interpretations of them. I honestly really enjoyed the exploration of Noelle's character in this chapter, despite her not showing up that much. It's obviously revealed in both the Normal and Weird routes that she's dealt with suicidal ideation, and it feels almost shocking because of how happy-go-lucky she comes across, but think about it for a little bit and it really makes sense. I just think it's such a realistic depiction on what suicidal people can look like in real life, it's not always the image people have in their heads. I just really love her character, she means a lot to me and I can see myself in her in many ways, as most Deltarune characters lol.

On the Chapter 5 page for Spamton Sweepstakes, 7B is even larger than Chapter 2 in terms of importance, which makes sense but also is rather frightening. I'm really curious to see how it'll play out. Last little things about Deltarune before we move on: I forgot to mention the bunker code is the release date for Undertale! Genuinely have no idea what that could mean, but Sans is also double confirmed to be from Deltarune's world with the "Don't Forget" note. Nicepants was taken out back and shot, and on this replay I will choose all the Krusie options. Suselle will end up canon anyways. Kris deserves to get to troll at least a little bit. The hammer minigame interactions ... imagine I'm saying that wistfully and sighing and you hear me mumble krusielle yuri. Oh, and, Canadian people got poisoned in real life because of Deltarune fans. We're going back to 2017 cookie needles with this one I think, but actually not as bad cause it was an accident. Horrid.

ONTO MISCELLANEOUS HAPPENINGS: A few months ago, I was talking to Cyd and he told me about a game called "Moon Child," which is an old Amiga game about a little green thing running around. I enjoyed his vibes, so I edited him to hold a basketball.

Some time ago, some new images for Hideo Kojima's OD appeared on the internets, and I pray everyday for this games safe release out into the wild. PT's fate terrified me, and as the months & years go on with little information about OD, I get more and more frightened. Accompanying these images was a cheeky hint that Kojima believes this game to be scary enough that a mechanic needed to be implemented to allow a player to keep going when they feel like they have to quit out of fear. Personally, knowing MGS2's ending and PT as a whole, perhaps I agree with him! Earlier in July, Robo-Ky finally made his sweet appearance in Guilty Gear Strive. I need to seriously get back into Guilty Gear, I honestly really miss it, and now that my goat is back in town I have an excuse to lol. His theme is, well, really in-character. The random medieval bard part in what otherwise is mostly a Guilty Gear leprachaun leprechaun leprechaun yeah rock/metal song just feels fitting for him. I feel like I don't mention my love for Robo-Ky enough.

Persona 5 is making its way to Netflix for some reason, and also Fortnite. What cuteness, a double whammy! Fortnite ... genuinely need to get onto Fortnite else I truly just wasted 30 dollars for a half-joke. Hm... maybe I am just 8 years old. About Persona, with Persona 4 Revival, it has been stated that Yosuke is going to be rewritten to have less remarks about Kanji's sexuality, and just gay men in general. I saw people upset at this, said that it ruins a central arc to his character, and please correct me if I'm wrong because it's been 2 years since I played Golden, but I don't remember there being really anything explicit within the canon of the game that implies Yosuke's homophobia is internalized, except for the cut romance route. In the game, from my memory, Yosuke's remarks are just kind of a running gag without any resolution or consequence. I don't think rewriting dialogue to be more appropriate for a 2027 remake is unexpected, nor do I think it's going to change Yosuke's character in any significant way. It never really served as a point for character growth, it was just a joke he kept running. It's a central part of his character to be kind of a jerk, but he doesn't really need to say homophobic things to be a jerk lol.

I think it'll change his fanon interpretation, it'll definitely make a lot of Souyo things not make as much sense. I never really cared much about his remarks, because I understood the character is meant to be a 16 year old dude in 2011, but I really don't understand people acting like him saying homophobic things was some central, important part of his character, and not just because it's a game from the late 2000s/early 2010s. I do like the interpretation that it's him projecting, I think there's evidence to back it up and it definitely adds to his character, but within the canon of the game, there's not really any actual real resolution or consequence in that nature from my memory. Just, conclusion: I don't really care either way. I think it would've been way more interesting for them to keep the dialogue but frame it in more of a way that explicitly puts Yosuke in the wrong, or use it to explore his own insecurity, and it not just be a Haha Funny gag, but you can't ask for too much when it comes to Persona writers >_> !!!

Here's a comment I found that I think sums up another argument I saw, where people said it dumbs down his character to remove the dialogue, from someone named CheshireDude: "Also, while I don't necessarily think people are wrong to think this, all the people saying 'well you're just sanding down a character's rough edges,' please consider that, as the article points out, Yosuke's behavior was not particularly controversial at the time. This is because the writers didn't have these aspects of his character because they were supposed to be rough edges. They were supposed to be endearing and relatable, and casual homophobia or being directly pervy to your female friends, especially in the 'creepy old man' kind of way that Yosuke does it, isn't endearing and relatable to people two decades later. It sounds like they're removing stuff like that because they want people playing the game today to feel about Yosuke the way that people playing P4 back in the day felt towards him. It's a different kind of authenticity, making him feel like a relatable teenager for the twenties instead of the '00s."

Another that replied to that comment, from a user named NIN10DOXD: "The biggest problem was that he never really had a moment where he apologized to Kanji. They're supposed to be friends, but he only ever bullied him. Yosuke's behavior was realistic, but it never really led to any personal growth. I'm hoping those are the types of changes they considering because showing a homophobic person learning to be less homophobic can be a good thing."

About the remake though, I do really like how expressive the models are. I think this game will be quite beautiful if anything. Another thing, both with this game and remakes in general, I genuinely really hate it when companies and players treat remakes as a replacement for the original. They should be held as two distinctly different games that follow the same story, and I really do think it's always worth playing both. In fact, there's some games where I prefer the original to the remake, like Resident Evil 2. So, I really do hope Golden remains easily accessible and available through the platforms people often use to buy their games.

But, maybe that's just wishful thinking after Sony announced they'll be discontinuing physical releases for future games. It's honestly a bit cruel, physical media is extremely important for the preservation of these stories that so many people put so much effort into creating. It sucks for collectors too! I have games I can't even play because I don't have the right console, but I still really like having them, because there's something so cool about holding a game in your hands. What are the people who don't have any sort of good internet connection at home going to do either? They're just not allowed to play new games lol? I don't have the biggest physical collection, and I do often buy games digitally, but having the choice is so imporant, both for developers and the consumers. I genuinely don't understand what Sony gets out of this except the ability to steal more people's money and take away what they purchased at a moment's notice. Just, no one cares about a code in a box !!!

Sigh, on a lighter note, let's have a segment about coolness I saw over this time: I don't particularly remember how I found this game, but nophenia is a "small dream explorer" where you play as a cute&cool wolf girl. Seems one needs one and a half teaspoons of seal to play it, though. It just seems like the result of a person who had fun making a simple exploration game, and it looks rather cool, so I thought I should mention it. It got the award of, "I'm proud to have made something," and I thought it was very sweet. I like seeing people be proud of the things they create. Mesmalie is another indie game I found, I believe its trailer got recommended to me on Youtube? it's an "occult adventure game," and the art style is really cool, reminds me a bit of ENA!

I found out Touhou 6 is getting a remaster, which is really fun because I always meant to get seriously into Touhou. I've been a very casual fan for the past year or so, and the first 3 games in the "modern Touhou" type era (The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom, and Imperishable Night) were the ones I was most attached to, but I never actually got a chance to sit down and play them. Yes, I was ... A FAKE!!! Alice Margatroid was always my most favorite, though, as far as I remember. She still is lol.

< --- I forgot to mention how Touhou Chapter 5 was. Seth really reminded me of Patchouli lol :p Aqua reminded me of Flandre as well

Roam0120 was another game I found from surfing around Youtube, and it genuinely looks pretty frightening. The reason I was so interested in it is cause someone said it scared them so badly they farted and had a nosebleed at the same time, all out of fear. I have yet to play it, but I keep thinking about it. Apparently, it's connected to some French ARG ... A bit ago, I was looking at some mime jobs in my area to see if I could become a mime, and I found some cool looking Final Fantasy characters in my journey. They're beautiful and orange, what's the chances I would've found them while looking for real mime jobs in real life? I really need to get to playing Final Fantasy. I'd really like it.

Also on my internet adventures, I was exploring Wikipedia and wrote down the games I found that I thought looked rather interesting: This War of Mine, Anthology of the Killer, G String, NaissanceE, Middens, Betrayal At Club Low, and Samorost. Everyone should go exploring on Wikipedia some more, ever since I found out about the random article button I just like to sit there clicking it sometimes. Piropito, the same artist behind Username 666 and My House Walkthrough, has seemingly been working on a game for the past few years. A trial demo should apparently be released by the end of the year, so I'm quite excited about that. Piropito's work is really quite amazing, I really admire My House Walkthrough in particular.

Some games Killian showed me are Post Impact by shnoazo, and Neptune by sukinapan. Neptune is a short poem game, the art style is really rather cute. Post Impact is a very short demo for a visual novel that really tickles the part of my brain that loves Baroque (1998). The characters, style, and graphics reminiscent of early 3D art are all extremely charming, and I hope the creator continues with it! I believe it's meant to be a college final. Endacopia is another game that came out recently that I've been meaning to play, I bought it yesterday and have written it on my to-do list for tomorrow ... alongside Z.A.T.O., as apart of a deal with Faisa XD ! Endacopia seems like a game reminiscent of old point n' click CD-ROMs, and I believe it might also be a horror game? I'm quite excited to see what it has to offer lols.

Roblox takes a stand once more, and I come to announce Die of Death seems to have had an intense update in my absence. I have yet to play it, but I hope to check it out soon. As for the only game I still log on to Roblox for, my dear Phighting, an update is fast approaching that adds an entirely new PvE undead mode, with Rocket as the face of it. It seems to be referencing Resident Evil 7 at several parts, and I'm extremely excited for it ... I miss Phighting. There's also Rocket and Sword plushies coming out, YES!

I believe Sally Face has recently turned an entire 10 years of age, which is actually just disturbing. I think I've only mentioned Sally Face once in the entirety of this website, but it is a game that I still really like. I have very fond memories of playing it with my sister back in 2021 when we were meant to be doing school lol >.> !!! Sal Fisher is probably what planted my love for styling my hair into pigtails, all those years agooooo~ ... About my hair, I never really styled it regularly into a real 'do until recently. I just let it do whatever, maybe I'd put something in it to make it not a coconut helmet, but I always just kind of kept it too short to do anything with. I've been keeping it a bit longer recently, and I've just been putting my hair in small pigtails everytime I go outside. I now have a signature 'do. How moe. I'm ... TURNING ANIME!!!!!!MATANEEEEEE~~~~

Sad news then happy news, Danganronpa 2x2 got delayed a bit to early 2027, and I forgot to mention that, during Minecraft Poop SMP era, my sister made a beautiful sign a la Hollywood for the Poop SMP. It was a surprise, and she made it then disappeared into the night, like Batman. It brought a tear to my eye. Besides Deltarune, I played some other games over the course of the 2 months it's been since I last wrote. I believe in late June I played Little Nightmares 3's "The Backstage," and I honestly quite liked it. I saw people saying it was better than the base game, but I just thought it was on par. It's been awhile since I played the base game, so it's not fresh in my mind, but I didn't play The Backstage with any more love in my heart, which was already full of happyJollyNiceHappySoFun when playing Little Nightmares 3. I quite like Dime, and I was upset she got thrown into mirror purgatory at the end lol. I really liked her light gimmick, and I wrote down: "The Puppeteer looks like Chucky's nonbinary child, if I am being honest." It was a short and sweet DLC, I really liked it :3

Starting July 4th, I began to replay Fear & Hunger 2 Termina with my dear bro Killian. I hadn't played it since I was 15, and honestly I probably should not have been playing it at that age, so it was simultaneously hurtful and extremely fun to open the game again. It felt like it gave me sickness and fever and everything, so much pain to play. Everytime I talk about Termina it sounds like I absolutely hate it, but it is genuinely one of my most favorite games of all time. This go around, we're playing on normal and as Marcoh, which makes everything easier because at the end of the day I am still a noob. When I was 15, I played on easy because I was being a wuss and it still was too hard for me to the point I cried because of how defeated I was. I was having a bad week and it was my last straw, if I remember correctly. I wasn't even that upset, I just needed to cry. On the current playthrough, we probably are kind of screwed. I saved way too many times too early, so pretty much everything that's coming is going to be hellish, or we start over. It's too far to start over. I really don't want to.

I once juked an enemy and Killian blurted out "50 IQ moves!!!" because he couldn't think of a number higher than 50 and it made me laugh really loud. I love playing games with him. I love my friends! I also played some No I'm Not a Human with him, but we got distracted talking about Russia, so I have more time on that game than what we actually played. I love No I'm Not a Human ... there's too many games to get back to. I'm drowning.

Okay, this took the entire day to write and I need to get to doing everything else I had on my to-do list now that night has fallen. TOODLES! See you in 2 years!
