Deltarune has been a game I've grown up with since middle school, and has been with me through times I'd consider pretty tough. When I was struggling the most, Deltarune was a comfort to go back to and find myself in. Each character feels so human, so accurate to the struggles almost everyone finds themselves going through. I feel like I can see a little bit of myself in each character, through my struggles, my identity, my interests. It's a game that means a lot to me. Not only through it's narrative, but through it's gameplay as well.
Deltarune, and Toby Fox's work overall, has inspired me throughout my life. It was pretty much the catalyst for my passion behind video games as a whole. Deltarune is kind of the reason this website exists at all! XD But, anyways, if you haven't played Deltarune yet, I would join the ride! It's an extremely unique take on the rpg and bullet hell genres, and overall is my number 1 favorite game (shared with Bloodborne). Currently, I have 50 hours logged, my favorite boss fight is The Knight in Chapter 3, my favorite character(s) are Noelle and Kris, and my favorite chapter(s) are Chapters 2 and 4.
